 Craig Press is the CEO and President of ImPressive Floors, Inc. He truly is a hands on person, working with the estimating department, and the technical aspects of the business. Both Commercial and Residential customers enjoy the time he takes to make sure all applications of the flooring are handled with manufacturer's recommendations in mind. He takes great pride in the quality workmanship our team of professional flooring mechanics brings to any job, and works closely with all the installation supervisors to make sure you get nothing less than ImPressive Floors!



Heidi Press-CFO

 Heidi  Press is the Chief Financial Officer and General Business Manager at ImPressive Floors, Inc. She works closely with the accounting department, as well as marketing and human resources. In addition to these duties, she always has time to talk to customers, and enjoys working with manufacturer's representatives to find the best flooring products that will work well with your home or business.  Style, color, function, and price are all important attributes to ImPressive Floors. 


Stacey Clingerman-Sales Manager


Stacey Clingerman is the sales manager for our store.  She works closely with all personnel in the sales department and manages materials that are ordered and coming into the warehouse.  She handles scheduling and customer service, and is always available to answer any questions you may have.





Jan Conway-Sales Associate 

Always available to answer any questions you have, Jan Conway is a knowledgeable sales associate that will work with you to find just the right flooring for your home or office. 




Carl Shippey-Soft Surface Supervising Installer


Carl Shippey is a Soft Surface Supervising Installer that deals with all aspects of residential and small commercial carpet installations.  Carl uses his nine years of experience to work with installers making sure they understand all aspects of the job, so that the installation is second to none.  With Carl, expect nothing less than ImPressive Floors.






 Jason Martin-Hard Surface Supervising Installer

Jason Martin is a Hard Surface Supervising Installer.  He is in charge of all aspects of ceramic, laminate, and hardwood installations.  He is a tremendous asset to the company, working in both residential and commercial segments of the business.  No job is too big or small, they are all important and Jason is going to make sure he and the other hard surface installers do their part to give you ImPressive Floors!

Tim Layton-Hard and Soft Surface Supervising Installer


Tim Layton is a hard and soft surface supervisor with 19 years experience. He is responsible for commercial and residential installation crews working with different aspects of flooring that include; Vinyl composition tile, sheet vinyl and linoleum, laminate and carpet. Tim uses his years of experience to make sure the job runs smoothly and is installed with manufacturer's recommended methods. No job is too big or small for Tim, he will make sure he and his installers give you quality, ImPressive Floors!

  
               
Randy Miller-Soft Surface Supervising Installer

Randy Miller is a Soft Surface Supervising Installer. He deals with any type of carpet installation, from broadloom to carpet tiles, residential to commercial.  Randy has 19 years experience in soft surface and is well seasoned in the field.  He makes sure his crew of installers are following manufactures recommendations and paying close attention to details, all the things that add up to ImPressive Floors!
